This week we'll be discussing the introduction by King's good friend Vincent Harding and the forward by King's wife, Coretta Scott King.
Educating ourselves about the history and impact of racism in our country and in our lives is a step toward justice-making. Leadership of the discussion is shared among members. In September 2026, the Anti-Racism Reading Group will begin reading Martin Luther King Jr.'s final book, Where do We Go From Here: Chaos or Community, in which King described what he believed Americans must do to continue building on the successes of the civil rights movement. New members are welcome. For more information, contact Eva at antiracismbookgroup@ocuuc.org.
