Meditation Group

This is a group that meets twice per month (1st and 3rd Sundays) prior to church services in order to share supported meditation together. During these challenging times, meditation and mindfulness practices are more important than ever! There will be sitting and/or walking meditation, and a chance for members to share their experience along the mindfulness path.
