This is a group that meets every Sunday prior to church services in order to share supported meditation together. Meditation and mindfulness practices can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance! There will be sitting and/or walking meditation, and a chance for members to share their experience along the mindfulness path.
If you are joining in person, you can find them in the Youth Room at OCUUC. If you are joining over Zoom, the link info is on the website calendar.
