To check if you have an existing account, go to Spring 2026 Auction and select the Sign In option at the top. Provide your existing email address and password (you may need to reset it if you have forgotten your password). Once you log in, you will be registered for our Spring 2026 "Sunshine Beach Party" auction and may proceed to submit items or bid on items. If Auctria doesn't recognize your email address, it will ask you to register.
Register for an Account
To register for an account, go to Spring 2026 Auction, select the Register option at the top, and then complete your contact information. Please note – once you complete this section, the software will send you an email with your access code (password) and a QR Code to get back to your account on the site. Once you follow the link to verify your email, you may change your password.
The Participant panel has fields for the following information:
- Paddle Number (Optional) – If you have a number below 140 that you prefer, you may claim it if not already used by someone else. Otherwise, it will auto-assign the next available number. This value is required for linking and merging participants.
- First Name – Your first name.
- Last Name – Your last name.
- Email – Your email address. This will be used for communication features and as part of your login credentials.
- Phone Number – Where you would like to receive phone calls.
- Checked in? – Leave unchecked for now. We will use it to check you in at the live auction.
- Additional Participants – Use this field to enter the names of other people bidding with this same participant number. Can be added later.
Donating an Item or Event
Once you're registered as a participant, you're ready to enter your items/events!
Go to Spring 2026 Auction and choose the Donate tab.
There are three screens to entering your items – basic data, images, and donor details that all must be completed a successful submission. If you move to the next screen and then decide to fix something on a previous screen, it may delete the entire item, forcing you to start over. Also, once you save it, it will not show up immediately until it is accepted by an Auction Committee member. However, until then, you may go back in to edit it. Once it has been accepted, you may not edit it. Rather, email the Committee at auction@ocuuc.org with the changes you need to make.
Only the starred (*) fields are required.
Screen 1 - Basic Data
- Title (*) – A short description of the item
- Description – Enter as long a description as you like.
- Terms and Conditions – You may add anything you like here, such as a minimum price below which you would rather not sell it. Also, since there is no “Time” field for scheduled events, enter the time here. It will be published in the catalog.
- Value – The fair market value of the item, in your opinion. To maximize tax benefits, we recommend you enter what you expect to spend on providing it.
- Quantity – How many are you offering?
- Is this donation for an event that happens on a specific date, for example a concert or party? – If you click yes, it will prompt you for a date. Please enter the time above in Terms and Conditions.
- Notes – This is a field for you to give more information to the Committee about your donation. It will not be published in the catalog.
Screen 2 - Images
- Item Images – You may upload as many images as you like.
Screen 3 - Donor Details
- The system will auto-load your information if you are signed in. You may change it. If you would like to add a second donor, please put it in the Notes field above. A Committee Member will add them.
- If you have not already registered, the system will prompt you to register. We need to know who you are!
Once you add an item, a committee member will assign it to the online or live auctions, determine its category (events, goods, services), review and accept it. They will contact you if they have any questions.
Thank you so much for contributing to the Spring 2026 Auction!
