In November, we will transition from Wizard School to our new theme, Camp RE!
Throughout the month, children will participate in camp-inspired lessons and activities that focus on:
- Teamwork and Friendship: Building connections and learning to work together through cooperative games and challenges.
- Nature and Interdependence: Exploring our relationship with nature and how we are all connected.
- Kindness and Community: Learning the importance of helping others, inclusion, and supporting one another.
- Gratitude and Giving: Reflecting on what we are thankful for and finding meaningful ways to show appreciation.
Our November lessons will include creative crafts, movement games, interactive stories, and hands-on activities designed to make RE feel like a fun and welcoming camp experience.
Our Religious Education Program for children and youth, is facilitated by Danielle Lewis, our Director of Religious Education, and a team of dedicated classroom leaders. Our Religious Education Program for children and youth takes place in our classrooms and Nursery. Children and adults begin worship together in the Sanctuary at 10:30am. After the Time for All Ages element of our Sunday Service, the children and their teachers move on to the classrooms for their activities, for the remainder of the Worship time.
