October — Wizard School: second Semester
The magic continues throughout October as Wizard School gets a fun twist! Our young wizards will continue their training with bubbling potions, magical creatures, mysteries, experiments, spellbinding games, and Halloween-inspired adventures. Each week will bring a new magical challenge that encourages creativity, teamwork, courage, and curiosity while continuing to explore our UU values. We’ll finish our time at Wizard School with some extra Halloween fun and celebrate everything our wizards have learned during their magical semester.
Week 5: 🪶 Wizard Regalia → We celebrate what makes each wizard unique. (necklaces craft)
Our Religious Education Program for children and youth, is facilitated by Danielle Lewis, our Director of Religious Education, and a team of dedicated classroom leaders. Our Religious Education Program for children and youth takes place in our classrooms and Nursery. Children and adults begin worship together in the Sanctuary at 10:30am. After the Time for All Ages element of our Sunday Service, the children and their teachers move on to the classrooms for their activities, for the remainder of the Worship time.
