Going through a big change in your life? Grief? Divorce? Starting a new job or leaving an old career? Feeling overwhelmed by it all? Coffee, Community and Classic Hymn Sing-a-long
Would you like to improve your breathing and lung function, lower blood pressure, and reduce your stress? Bring along your cup of coffee and join us on Sunday mornings in Daniels Hall at 10:00 am for our Coffee, Community, and Classics Hymn Sing-Along! Anti Racism Reading Group
Educating ourselves about the history and impact of racism in our country and in our lives is a step toward justice-making. Leadership of the discussion is shared among members.
